CALL TO WORSHIP 

L: Rejoice in the Lord always, and again I say Rejoice!

P: Our joy is in the Lord!

L: Shout for joy, for the Lord is near!

P: Our praises ascend to God for the mighty things God has done.

L: Sinag your praise to God with joyful hearts!

P: Surely God blesses and saves us. Hallelujah! Praise be to God. AMEN. 

RESPONSIVE READING Psalm 98:4-9

L: Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth,

burst into jubilant song with music;

P: make music to the Lord with the harp,

with the harp and the sound of singing,

L: with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn—

shout for joy before the Lord, the King.

P: Let the sea resound, and everything in it,

the world, and all who live in it.

L: Let the rivers clap their hands,

let the mountains sing together for joy;

P: let them sing before the Lord,

for he comes to judge the earth.

L: He will judge the world in righteousness

 P: and the peoples with equity. Amen

L: The Lord be with you.

P: And also with you.                       

LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father who art in heaven, 

Hallowed be thy Name, 

Thy Kingdom come, 

Thy will be done

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day, our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, 

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, 

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom

and the power and the glory forever. 

Amen.
