Call to Worship

L: Give thanks to God, who is good, 
P: Whose faithful love lasts forever!
L: When we are hungry and thirsty, lost in the wilderness,
P: God satisfies our thirst, and fills the hungry with good things.
L: God turns deserts into pools of water, and thirsty ground into springs.
P: So let us worship God. Amen!

RESPONSIVE PSALM (led by Pastor) Psalm 86

L: You, Lord, are forgiving and good,
abounding in love to all who call to you.
P: Hear my prayer, Lord;
listen to my cry for mercy.

L: All the nations you have made
will come and worship before you;
P: they will bring glory to your name,

for you are great and do marvelous deeds,

 L: You alone are God, compassionate and gracious,
slow to anger, abounding in love and faithfulness.
P: Turn to me and have mercy on me;
show your strength in behalf of your servant, Amen!

P: And also with you.

 LORD’S PRAYER

Our Father who art in heaven, 

Hallowed be thy Name, 

Thy Kingdom come, 

Thy will be done

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day, our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, 

as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, 

but deliver us from evil.

For thine is the kingdom

and the power and the glory forever.
