POLICY ON MISSIONARY FINANCIAL SUPPORT
World Center for Christian Trinitarianism, Inc. (WCCTM, Inc.)
Adopted and Approved: Pursuant to the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) executed and signed by all Stakeholders, duly witnessed by two (2) impartial third-party witnesses, in full compliance with the Corporation Code of the Philippines (Batas Pambansa Blg. 68), the National Internal Revenue Code (as amended), and applicable non-profit regulations governing donations, tax-exempt status, and fiscal stewardship.
Preamble
This Policy is grounded in the eternal counsel of the King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Scriptures, which mandates the faithful support of laborers in the Gospel while prohibiting domineering authority over the flock of God. WCCTM, Inc., as a non-stock, non-profit religious corporation, administers all donations irrevocably for exempt charitable and evangelistic purposes, with no private inurement, in strict adherence to corporate laws on donor protections, fund accountability, and dissolution safeguards.
Scriptural Foundation
Support of Missionaries: "Beloved, thou doest faithfully whatsoever thou doest to the brethren, and to strangers... We therefore ought to receive such, that we might be fellowhelpers to the truth" (3 John 1:5-8). "Even so hath the Lord ordained that they which preach the gospel should live of the gospel" (1 Corinthians 9:14; cf. Philippians 4:15-18).
Prohibition of Lording: "Neither as being lords over God's heritage, but being ensamples to the flock" (1 Peter 5:3; cf. Matthew 20:25-28; 2 Corinthians 1:24).
Policy Statement
WCCTM, Inc. shall extend financial support to approved missionaries through transparent, accountable grants derived from donations, tithes, and offerings. Support is allocated solely for Gospel advancement, travel, sustenance, and ministry expenses, subject to annual Board review and audited reporting.
Cessation of Support
Financial support shall immediately cease upon the second documented instance of unacceptable "lording" (domineering, hierarchical overreach, or unscriptural control over brethren or converts), as determined by the Board of Trustees with "good title" (formal written complaints, eyewitness affidavits, verifiable records, or ecclesiastical review). Such cessation is final, non-appealable, and compliant with non-profit dissolution protocols to prevent misuse of donor funds.
Implementation
All MOA signatories and witnesses affirm this Policy as binding.
Violations trigger automatic revocation, with remaining funds redirected to other approved missionaries.
Effective Date: Upon MOA execution.
Amen.
