Rent by the hours include: the use of one or two studios with spring dance floor, stereo equipment, wall mirrors. The studio “A” has 1200 sq ft (30’x40’) and/or studio “B” has 850 sq ft. The rent will include large waiting lobby free parking, change room, washrooms, and an elevator.
The space is suitable for adult, drama, music, yoga, and more.

Studio Rental Fees

RENTAL RATES STUDIO A
$55/hour - weekdays after 4.00pm and weekends
$50/hour - weekdays before 4.00pm

RENTAL RATES STUDIO B
$45/hour - weekdays after 4.00pm and weekends
$40/hour weekdays before 4.00pm

RENTAL RATES STUDIO A & B includes 10% discount.
the rate for both studio rented at the same time (min 2 hrs block required).
$90/hour
