1. Elite (Top of the Pyramid)

• Government Officials and Ruling Class: This includes the Governor (like Vespera Devereux), top military leaders, and other high-ranking officials who control the country’s policies and resources. They live in luxury and are shielded from the conflict’s direct effects.

• Wealthy Business Tycoons: A small group of business elites who profit from the war economy, possibly involved in arms manufacturing, resource control, or collaborating with the government. They have significant influence over political decisions.

2. Upper Class

• High-Ranking Military and Security Forces: These are the top commanders and special units, including the Hunter faction. They have privileges and access to better resources but are still under the elite class's control.

• Corrupt Bureaucrats and Officials: Individuals who, through corruption, have amassed wealth and power. They often exploit their positions for personal gain, playing a key role in the oppression of hybrids and lower classes.

3. Middle Class

• Skilled Professionals and Technocrats: Engineers, doctors, scientists, and other skilled professionals who maintain the country’s infrastructure. They have more stability than the lower classes but live under constant government scrutiny.

• Mid-Level Government and Military Personnel: These include mid-ranking officials and officers who enforce laws and manage day-to-day operations. They have some power but are largely controlled by the upper classes.

4. Working Class

• Ordinary Citizens (Humans): The bulk of the population, including factory workers, clerks, and service industry workers. They live under strict regulations, with limited freedoms, and often struggle to meet basic needs.

5. Lower Class (Bottom of the Pyramid)

• Criminal Underclass (Mafia Affiliates): Individuals associated with the Mafia or underground economy. They engage in illegal activities like smuggling, black-market trading, and other operations that defy government control. They live on the fringes of society, constantly evading law enforcement.

6. The Outcasts

• Fugitives and Rebels: Those who have completely rejected society’s structure, including members of the Resistance. They live in hiding, constantly moving to avoid capture, and are considered enemies of the state.

• Exiled or Escaped Hybrids: Hybrids who have managed to flee or been cast out from society. They live in constant danger, relying on the Resistance or Mafia for survival, often in remote or hidden areas.
