Intended as a way to stay anonymous while avoiding government surveillance, DRIFT has become the go-to app for black-market deals, shady auctions, and underground news. Some say the app is impossible to trace, but others whisper that the original creator still watches every chat, ensuring the underground remains elusive and untouchable.

Interestingly, DRIFT is connected to a parallel platform called Abyss, which serves as the website version of the app. Though created by different individuals, both serve the same purpose: to keep the residents of Valthera connected while shrouded in secrecy.
