Round-1 : Phone screening : The objective is to determine the applicant who are qualified for the job by reviewing the applicant's work experience and nail, social & interpersonal skills to assess whether they'd be a good fit for the role.
Punctuality, Attendance & Time Management Skills at Work : Part of a functional and successful workplace is ensuring that everyone fulfills the responsibilities of their role. Being on time and coming to work consistently is important regardless of your position.
Customer Service , Social, Interpersonal Skills : Nail technicians can benefit from excellent customer service skills to ensure clients enjoy their experience and encourage repeat business - communication skills, problem-solving skills, and passion for customer service.
Primary Nail Technician Skills : In-depth knowledge of manicure and pedicure techniques.
Round-2 : An in-person interview at the shop : An in-person interview gives the candidate and the hiring manager the opportunity to build rapport with one another.
Ability to Build Rapport : An in-person interview gives the candidate and the hiring manager the opportunity to build rapport with one another.
Meet with team members : When a candidate comes into the office for an interview, they may have the chance to meet with other team members.
Evidence of Your Work : Those who want to shine in this occupation should show evidence of the following – knowledge of cosmetology trends; experience in basic and advanced nail treatments and techniques such as French manicures and gel manicures; a good understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards and certification in Cosmetology.
Round-3 : At Will Employment Probationary Period :
As an at-will employer & the employee has full freedom to accept long-term employment after ‘one’ week of probationary period .
Final-Round-4 : Employment Offer Letter & Acceptance :
An offer letter as an congratulatory note extending a job offer & extending written agreement setting out the terms and conditions of employment.
