Welcome to Dynamic Notes! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Dynamic Notes mobile application (the "App") operated by Redstone ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
"App" refers to the Dynamic Notes mobile application
"User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual using the App
"Content" refers to notes, drawings, to-do lists, images, wallpapers, and any other materials created or uploaded through the App
"Services" refers to all features and functionalities provided by the App
To use Dynamic Notes, you must:
Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain features, you must create an account by:
Providing accurate and complete information
Using a valid email address
Creating a secure password
Or signing in with Google
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse the App or its services
You may use Dynamic Notes to:
Create, edit, and organize personal notes
Draw and sketch on the canvas
Create and manage to-do lists
Generate wallpapers from your content
Sync your data across devices
You agree NOT to:
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Upload malicious, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App
Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Share your account credentials with others
Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
You retain ownership of all Content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:
Store your Content on our servers
Process your Content to provide the Services
Create backups for data protection
Display your Content back to you
You are solely responsible for:
All Content you create or upload
Ensuring your Content does not violate any laws
Backing up your important Content
The accuracy of information in your notes
We reserve the right to remove Content that:
Violates these Terms
Is illegal or harmful
Infringes on third-party rights
Is reported and found to be inappropriate
We provide optional cloud sync through Firebase to:
Back up your notes and to-do lists
Enable access across multiple devices
Protect against data loss
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee:
Uninterrupted access to cloud services
Zero data loss in all circumstances
Immediate sync across all devices
The App supports offline use. Data created offline will sync when connectivity is restored.
The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Use our trademarks without permission
Create derivative works based on the App
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the App, you grant us the right to use such feedback without compensation or attribution.
The App uses third-party services including:
Google Firebase: For authentication and data storage
Google Sign-In: For account authentication
Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Wallpapers generated from your to-do lists:
Are created from your own Content
May be saved to your device
May be used for personal purposes
Should not infringe on any third-party rights
To save wallpapers, you must grant the App permission to access your device storage.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
Damages from third-party services
Any amount exceeding the fees paid by you (if any)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redstone, its employees, and agents from any claims arising from:
Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your Content
Your violation of any third-party rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App
Add or remove features at any time
Update the App for security or performance improvements
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
You may stop using the App at any time by:
Deleting your account
Uninstalling the App
We may terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under rules of [Arbitration Body].
These Terms constitute the entire agreement
Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms
