Dandy's World was a TV show featuring the different toons present in the game, many of them appearing in different episodes to show and demonstrate strong values for children to learn from them. It seems to have aired from ~1987 to 2002, it ending with the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum closing down due to lack of safety regulations.
It features Main Characters and Side Characters which determines how often they appear in the different episodes. In DW:GA, these determine the type of Toon you have as well as the amount of skills you can have and the total amount of points you can dedicate to stats.
Not much is known about Gardenview in general, aside from the fact it may have opened at around ~1989 and that it closed on June 29, 2002. It was an education center which consisted of a train station, a circular area with a tree in the center, as well as elevators going down to underground floors.
There are many types of floors, notably floors themed after the different Main Characters, as well as more standard floors where kids could watch movies, learn with the other toons and more. It is known to have a diner, many rainbow rooms, a warehouse, an art studio, a greenhouse and even a gift shop.
Beyond this, not much is known about this fairly mysterious education centre, and it is up to the new generation of toons to find out all about it!
The Ichor Operation seems to be run by Dandy, the lead Toon of Dandy's World. He seems to be collecting Ichor for his own purpose, but no one knows why he is doing this. Many think it may be because he's trying to gather ichor to power up Gardenview again since it was shut down and never touched since then.
Ichor is the blood of toons, as many of them seem to explode ichor when they perish. It is also known to turn a Toon into a Twisted, though no one understands how. Its properties are not very known, and it doesn't seem like direct contact with it will cause a Toon to become Twisted. By analyzing Gardenview, perhaps there will be an answer to this...
In the Roblox game, you extract ichor in each floor with extraction machines in order to progress. It is implied that ichor is needed to power up the elevator, and perhaps even Gardenview itself, as you cannot progress without completing all machines.
