Dear attendees,
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Kingdom of Drachenwald's Autumn Crown Tournament in October 2022!
As the shadow of the great plague (Covid 19) still lingers, we have compiled information to assist you in planning your trip to Autumn Crown. Please note we cannot guarantee that the below will not change.
Please make sure you keep a close watch on your country’s guidelines, check with your local health agency and check with your airline/ferry etc (if applicable) for any updates.
Rules for Travel to England
Ingestre Hall is situated in England, which is part of the UK.
Different travel rules apply depending on whether you are vaccinated or not - please check:
Please check these links regularly, to ensure you have the latest information regarding travel to England.
Rules for Admission to the Crown Tournament Event Site
These have been updated to reflect changes to Covid regulations in England
For the safety of all attendees, and Ingestre Hall staff:
The event team requests that every attendee takes a lateral flow test before arriving on site. (Tests taken at home are sufficient.)
Please take the test within the 24 hrs preceding the planned time of arrival on site, and report it via official systems (e.g. Scotland or England/Northern Ireland/Wales).
This means you are free to report it via your home country's covid test result systems, and then show the report on your phone to check-in staff at the event. If your home country no longer has (or never did have) a central system for registering test results, please photograph the lft result and show the photo at event check-in.
When checking in to the event, the event team requests that you show proof of a negative result on your lateral flow test (e.g. email or text message from UK reporting systems, or a photograph of the lft result).
Crown Tournament Covid Policy
If attendees have any cold/flu systems, or are otherwise feeling unwell, regardless of their lateral flow results, the event team requests that they do not come to the event.
If an attendee becomes unwell while on site, they should inform the event and reservation stewards and then leave the site.
While face-coverings/masks are not currently legally required, the event team requests that attendees consider wearing them where possible while indoors.
If a potential attendee has to cancel their reservation due to illness or a positive lateral flow result, before they arrive on site, the event fees will be refunded in full.
