By replicating our proven and tested business models with predictable returns, our fund is able to apply similar models in different asset types (i.e. warehouse, storage, short-term rentals) and markets where we see fit. Our duplicatable processes, systems, and formulas protect the downside risk effectively with our in-house infrastructure, returning above average return rates. For our investors benefit and choice, all of our projects are strategically structured for long-term secondary, hold investments for passive residual returns.
