YVAN SISON (FUND MANAGER) lives in Los Angeles, CA. This past year, he worked as a fund manager and investor relations member in 5TCRE's syndications and fund of funds (SPVs). As a partner, he helped manage $150MM+ of Commercial Real Estate across 1,400+ doors. Previously, he was a former clean tech startup founder, now host of StartupREIShow.com and principal of Next Opportunity Capital, a real estate private equity company serving other startup founders, angel investors, and venture capitalist to diversify for CASHFLOW via commercial real estate.
