The Dutch Law Institute publishes in the Netherlands an online English guide on Dutch contract law, Netherlands employment law, Netherlands corporate law, and litigation. A number of selected experts on Dutch law edit this legal guide. The Institute intends to make Dutch law more accessible with this publication.
This Legal Affairs and Research Institute also carries out various other activities to promote access to these areas of Dutch law as well as these activities for the provision of legal services and services.
