Absoluelty nobody has it "figured out".
You just need to surround yourself with the right people that will listen to you, and hear you out.
Not people that allow you to talk at them, that's not what I said. I said people who will allow you to ask questions basically. Those who will allow you to be yourself and expect you at nothing more.

It took me nearly 25 years to discover my friends, another year to really deepen those connections, and they were 80% of them are still a passport away. I've still progressed in my career and I've never felt I had more support than I do now. I've never set foot in the UK, but I feel like I'll be getting a tax bill from them anyday now.
