All youth and adults who are attending camp need to fill out the registration information!
This registration form will take about 15 minutes to complete. There are documents in PDF format that you will need to download and sign, so we recommend using a browser capable of filling in form fields, such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Alternatively, you can print and complete these documents by hand, then scan or take a photo and upload the image.
