Camp Expectations

Camp is a time to meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, and have fun and meaningful experiences together.  This year we hope each young woman will leave camp with a stronger testimony in our Savior, Jesus Christ, which will sustain her in making  righteous choices in the year to come.  Camp expectations help each of us individually and collectively feel of the spirit more closely and help us all be safe while at camp.

ENJOY THE CAMP EXPERIENCE

• Come to camp with a loving, grateful and forgiving spirit.

• Show love, cooperation and respect towards others.

• Honor camp rules and do the jobs assigned to you.

INVITE THE SPIRIT

• Bring scriptures and personal journal

• Participate in prayers, classes and devotionals

• Please leave all electronic equipment at home, including cell phones

BE MODEST

• When choosing your clothing and bathing suits for camp, please think about the standards the Lord has set for his daughters.  We know we will be camping and it will be hot!

  • One piece bathing suits

  • No tank tops

  • No restriction on short length, but if you need a guideline, midlength or athletic shorts are great.

  • Please put on a T shirt or bathing suit cover over bathing suits when it is meal time or during classes
