Mission Statement:
Our mission is to connect the dots and make care and resources more accessible to those who have been diagnosed in the Durango area and Four Corners region. As members of a rural community, we recognize the challenges individuals and their loved ones face when it comes to accessing care, locally.
Whether you are a caregiver, a family member, a friend, or you have been diagnosed, our page has resources for everyone.
By exploring our page, you will discover helpful books, research articles, heartfelt stories, poetry, podcasts, and more. Most importantly, we have collected relevant lists of service providers, nonprofits, government programs, community resources, and support groups.
Nondiscrimination Policy:
The Durango Dementia Coalition does not discriminate against any individual on the
basis of race, color, ethnic or national origin, ancestry, age, sex, gender, sexual
orientation, gender identity and expression, religion, creed, political beliefs or disability
in programs and activities it carries out.
DDC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving Southwest Colorado.
