ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION – KOZEL HVALENYI
Users may request deletion of their Kozel Hvalenyi account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — From the App
Open Kozel Hvalenyi → Settings → Account → Delete Account and confirm the deletion request.
Option 2 — Without access to the App
Send an email to:

Subject:
Kozel Hvalenyi Account Deletion Request
Include information that allows us to identify the account, such as:
• email address connected to Google Sign-In, if applicable;
• username or player name;
• other information reasonably necessary to identify the account.
What will be deleted
After verification, eligible account information, profile information, gameplay history, game results, virtual currency information and associated personal data will normally be deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
Information that may be retained
Certain purchase, transaction, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where required by law.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel or refund completed Google Play purchases. Purchase and refund requests are subject to Google Play policies.
