Account and Data Deletion – Durak Online
Users may request deletion of their Durak Online account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion:
Send an email to info@esimhub.online.
Use the subject line: Durak Online Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address connected to your Durak Online account or other information necessary to identify the account.
After verification, eligible account information, profile information, gameplay history, game results, virtual currency information and other associated personal data will be deleted or anonymised within 30 days.
Certain purchase, transaction, security, fraud-prevention or legal records may be retained where required by law.
Deleting your Durak Online account does not automatically cancel or refund completed Google Play purchases. Purchase and refund requests are subject to Google Play policies.
