E- Learning Activities/ Assignments
Assalamualikum Parents, Hope you all are well. Here are some optional activities you can do during the snow days. I would like you to do 1 activity from each category daily. You may choose between Science and Social Studies. Math and Language Arts is recommended for each day.(Total 3 activity daily)
Math Activities:
Writing 1-50
Making Patterns with any household items
Scavenger Hunt with numbers: Parents write numbers on sticky notes and hide around the house. Give clues to your child where to find each
number. Example: you will find #1 in a place you hang your jacket. other examples of places : under kids bed, behind sofa, inside fridge, on any window.
Sort and Graph by color using a handful of colorful cereal, skittles or m&ms. (you can subsitute with anything you have available at home)
Language Arts:
Write sight words 2x each
Journal entry using the following sentences: - It is the month of January.
It is the month of January
Today is ________________.
My favorite color is _______________________.
You may choose to make your own sentences.
Please have your child listen to these stories in this Playlist and record the Progress.
