Hire

Hiring Fees     Prices valid as of 1st January 2025

• £20.00 per hour

• £120.00 - Evening functions (5pm-10pm)

• £200.00 - Full day (9am-10pm)

Deposit - A deposit of £50.00 is required for one-off events. Provided there are no damages to the Hall or its contents, this amount will be refunded after the booking has taken place.

Terms and Conditions of Hire

• The Hall is available for all to hire, however, residents of the local area may take priority.

• Upon leaving, the Hall is to be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

• Any damage to items or the Hall itself must be paid for. This will be taken from the deposit. Any extra costs must be paid within 28 days of the date of your function.

• Children's parties must be supervised at all times.

• Music is to be kept to a reasonable decibel.

• The time slots must be strictly adhered to, please ensure that you vacate the hall promptly.

• You, as the hirer, are responsible for the tidying up of the Hall after your event. Please ensure that you take this into consideration when planning your function.

• Any rubbish is to be taken with you.

• When vacating the building, we request that all attendees please be respectful to our neighbours and leave the premises quietly.
