Medications as needed
Pillow, sleeping bag or sheets and blankets (VT nights get chilly!). Flashlight.
Water bottle. 5 leotards or work out shorts and shirts. Warm ups/sweats for colder weather
Hand grips, bands for under grips (Basic grips can be borrowed from camp)
Bathing suits, 3 towels, sun block, bug spray, sun glasses
Sneakers, socks, water shoes (zebra mussels are part of our lake shore!)
Pants, shorts, long and short sleeve shirts. Underwear. Lightweight and warm pajamas. “Crazy clothes” for camp dress up
Tooth brush/paste, soap, deodorant, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, hair brush, hair ties
“Drawer Tower” or suitcase for storage of clothes, battery operated fans, flashlight, books
Campers are responsible for their own cameras, iPods, headphones or tablets - please label with names
An old shirt for tie dye/arts & Crafts
Please bring all of the above items PLUS ~
Toiletries for your entire stay
Sneakers or comfortable hiking boots (with socks!) for weekend hiking trips.
Cell phone use is permitted on weekends, but if you choose to bring your phone it will be stored in the office during the week.
$25 is the suggested amount to leave for the weekend for your child to do laundry and participate in weekend activities that may cost money
Camp Admin will be the "banker" for your child's funds and disperse $ for any trips needing funds (ex. laundromat, mini golf, bowling, frisbee golf, trips to frozen yogurt store, etc.)
Handwashing of clothing items can be done in the outside sink and line dried during the week(end) if necessary.
Parents/campers will collect any leftover funds at the end of camp, along with leftover medications and cellphones.

Pack layers - Vermont nights on the Lake can be chilly!
No food is permitted in cabins or the lodge**, and junk food will not be stored in the kitchen.
In addition to our 3 regular meals, morning and bedtime snacks are provided.
Fruit is available in the dining room 24/7.
**Food for campers with allergies can be stored in the kitchen (gluten free, lactose intolerant, vegan etc.)
