DUNE COLLABORATION MEETING

The DUNE Collaboration Meeting of September 2026 will be hosted in the city of Campinas, São Paulo, Brazil, from September 21 to 25, at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). Recognized as one of the main science, technology and innovation hubs in Latin America, Campinas combines academic tradition, intense research activity and a dynamic atmosphere marked by the presence of universities, research centers and high-tech companies.

The Unicamp campus offers extensive academic and cultural infrastructure, as well as easy access to restaurants, hotels and transportation options in the Campinas metropolitan area. The city is also strategically located near Viracopos International Airport, facilitating access for national and international participants.

Registration for the meeting will close on August 7, 2026, at 11:59 pm (Brasilia time). On-site registrations or last-minute requests will not be accepted after this date.

VERY IMPORTANT:

You may complete the online registration form before making the payment. However, if you are attending in person, please note that your registration will not be considered complete until the proof of payment has been uploaded.
If you were unable to attach the proof of payment during the initial registration, you can edit your registration later and upload it then.
You can request an invoice during registration by checking the box "Request bill" and providing the necessary details.

Social dinner: This dinner is an optional activity that has an additional cost of $60. If you are attending the conference dinner, please add them in the tab of the registration process (Products).

Below you will find accommodation options in order of proximity. The first is located within UNICAMP, a few minutes' walk from the collaboration's meeting locations. The second is approximately 1.5 km from the meeting locations. The remaining options are located further away and require a longer travel time.

Discounts are already applied to the prices shown.

Please note that room availability in Campinas, especially in the area near UNICAMP and during the month of September, is limited. Therefore, we recommend that you book as soon as possible.
