Culture of Learning Tool 

The "tool" I would implement into my classroom to foster this culture of learning is arranging the students in a semi-circle around myself instead of arranging them in rows and columns. This way, students won't feel isolated or separated from the activity compared to if they were sitting in the back of the classroom. It also encourages communication and collaboration with one another as everyone sees each other and feels included into the conversation. It will also make it easier for me to walk in their midst and help out whoever needs assistance during projects.
