I Want to Rock!

Each year fans, music critics, and musicians cast ballots to elect the newest members of the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame. This book display celebrates the various musicians that have shaped our contemporary musical landscape. We have recently acquired several new titles which include Elton John's Me and the Prince autobiography.

What is your Dream?

The dream is still alive. This past January I curated a book display to celebrate individuals' dreams. The collection of books all are connected to the theme of dreams.

Impeachment

Three American Presidents have been impeached by the United States House of Representatives. Presidents A. Johnson, B. Clinton, and D. Trump. You might notice that many of the titles include President Nixon. Many Americans believe that Nixon was impeached but he resigned from office prior to the HOR moved to vote on the articles of impeachment.

I have recently acquired the entire Ian Fleming's 007 series for the WHS LLC. I am attempting to introduce new titles to the collection that will appeal to young male readers. I have always these action adventure titles fun to read.

Epidemics

In response to the Caronvirus I curated a book display to help inform students and faculty about historical epidemics. What can we learn from prior outbreaks of virus and diseases?

Book Talk with Freshmen

My LLC colleague and were asked to present to three sections of students who are currently enrolled in freshman English. The titles that I curated for this book talk can be easily accessed from my GoodReads book list. I wanted to provide students a chance to learn about fictional and people who are sometimes viewed as "outsiders".
