The next part is probably not the nicest thing to read, but essential to run a good event:
Event Rules (and general things that you should know)
Don't forget to bring it. Most Dummnoni events are camping events. Do make sure that you are well supplied with tent, sleeping bags, food and cooking equipment etc. Remember to bring a labeled jerrycan, your own toiletpaper and garbage bags.
Please bring suitable drinking vessels (Pottery cup, drinking horn etc.) as tinnies spoil the atmosphere and people carrying them around will be asked to remove them from sight! Furthermore smoking should be in style. So no cigarette smoking while you are time-in please.
Disclaimer: The organization of 'Outlore' will under no circumstance be held responsible for accidents and/or loss, destruction or theft of personal properties. Everybody responsible for damaging properties of other players/npc's, of the organization or of the property will immediately notify the organization. No weapons and/or drugs (also not the drugs that are allowed by Dutch or other governments, e.g. cannabis) are allowed on site. The organization won't allow people under influence of any drug to participate in the event. Everybody participates in the event at his/her own risk.
-Latex weapons will be checked for safety following Lorien Trust and Paladin guidelines. We reserve the right to store 'failed' weapons until the end of the event. Arrows, bows and crossbows will be checked according to Arrow Kaster guidelines.
-Metal and wooden weapons are not allowed. Also no metal or wooden re-enactment weapons and weapons carried as props. We don't care if the weapons are made blunt. They are considered not safe for our event. Only cutlery like camping-knives are allowed and only to be used near the tent for cooking/eating purposes.
-Please drink alcoholic beverages moderately. No abuse allowed. So we don't want you to spoil anyone's event by getting drunk. We don't forbid people to drink alcoholic beverages, but if we get only one (1) complaint about somebody being drunk and disturbing other people's fun, this person will have to clean up his/her mess and can remove him/herself from the event immediately.
-Children up to or under 18 years of age have to be accompanied by a responsible adult who is at least 21 years old.
-In-game fighting is only allowed with LRP-weapons checked and approved by the organization.
-Don't trouble other people on the site that don't participate at the event.
-Please keep quiet on the sleeping sites between 22.00 hours and 08:00 hours. So no screaming for combat and no heavy metal concerts (loud music that is) near sleeping tents etc.
-If you are setting up a big tent or construction always check with the organization for security reasons.
-Damaging/destroying the forest/wildlife is prohibited. Vegetation may only be used when it is dead and fallen on the ground (fallen wood). Any cutting of fallen wood must be done on the campsite and not in the forest. If trees are to be used for cable constructions, the bark should be protected by cloth.
-Garbage bags will be collected on one central location near the toilets. Big props (castles, tents, walls etc.) need to be taken home again.
-No digging allowed on site.
-It is not allowed to venture into farmland, meadows and other fenced off areas.
-No dogs or other pets are allowed on site at any time, except guide dogs for blind people or people with very little eyesight.
- Keep the place tidy, especially the toilets. Flush it with enough water. When provided please use the deodorant spray-can. Please keep the air fresh when necessary.
-Gas installations for cooking and illumination will have to be recently checked. Hoses/cables older than two years are not considered safe and therefore are not allowed.
-It is not allowed to light torches or candles on site. Oil lamps can be lighted on site and so are closed lanterns with candles inside.

-Campfires are only allowed in accordance to the land keepers open fire permit. It can so happen that at any time when the circumstances are such that it is too dangerous to make use of campfires, any form of open fire is prohibited.
When campfires are allowed than campfires should always be placed at least 5 meters from any flammable object (tents etc.). Any campfire should have a suitable means of extinguishing nearby. So preferably a checked fire extinguisher or at least 5 litres of water should be within reach.
-Smoking is only allowed at the camping site and only when extinguished and disposed of properly. No smoking is allowed when walking through the forest. At the Meadhall, market and other in-game gathering places it is prohibited to smoke cigarettes and cigars, authentic pipes are allowed. Smoking cigarettes and drinking beer out of a can kills the atmosphere.
-Furthermore any form of open fire should have means of extinguishing near and should never be left unguarded. The decision of the fire department is always final.
Finally:
- The organizers and referees will try to be fair but their decision is ALWAYS final.

- Sorry but we can't do refunds, what we can do is deduct your payment from your entry price at our next Dummnoni event.
