Duk-Hyun CHOE @ SAIT

I am a Physicist interested in Materials Science and Electronic Devices working at Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology (SAIT). I studied Physics during my undergrad and graduate years at KAIST. I worked as a postdoctoral associate in KAIST and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI). My current research area involves surface/interface/bulk physics, 2D materials, and ferroelectric materials.
