By playing Duck Rush, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Duck Rush in a respectful and fair way. This includes:

• No bullying or harassment of other players

• No hate speech, racism, or discriminatory behavior

• No threats, abusive language, or toxic behavior

• Follow all applicable Meta platform rules

We want Duck Rush to be a fun and safe environment for everyone.

2. Multiplayer & Voice Chat Rules

Duck Rush includes multiplayer and voice chat features. By using them, you agree:

• Do not use voice chat to harass, bully, or spread hate

• Do not share personal information (yours or others’)

• Be respectful to all players

Voice chat is not recorded, but violations can still result in action.

3. Cheating, Exploits, and Modifications

• Cheating or hacking that gives unfair advantages (especially large amounts of in-game currency like Tiles/TL) is not allowed

• Exploiting bugs to break the game or harm others is not allowed

• Minor experimentation or harmless mods may be tolerated only if they do not affect fairness or other players’ experience

We reserve the right to decide what counts as unfair use.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

To keep the game safe, AJMurr Games may:

• Warn players

• Kick players from sessions

• Temporarily suspend access

• Permanently ban accounts or devices (using Meta’s Device Ban tools)

These actions may be taken if you break these rules.

5. In-Game Currency (Tiles / TL)

• In-game currency (Tiles/TL) is for gameplay use only

• You may not exploit, duplicate, or gain large amounts unfairly through cheats or bugs

• We may reset or remove currency obtained unfairly

6. Children’s Use

Duck Rush is available to players under and over 13, in accordance with Meta’s platform policies.
Parents/guardians should supervise younger players, especially when using voice chat.

7. Updates & Changes

We may update or change the game, rules, or these Terms at any time.
Continued use of Duck Rush means you accept any updated terms.

8. Disclaimer

Duck Rush is provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for:

• Temporary outages

• Bugs or glitches

• Player behavior (though we moderate when possible)
