AJMurr Games (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the privacy of all players of Duck Rush. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights related to that information.
We collect limited information needed to support multiplayer gameplay, account moderation, and safety features within Duck Rush.
We collect and use the following Oculus account information:
Oculus User ID – used to identify players in online multiplayer sessions.
Oculus Username – displayed to other players in-game.
Profile Access – used for multiplayer integration through Photon/PlayFab and for identifying players in rooms or sessions.
Duck Rush includes in-game voice chat.
Voice data is transmitted live to other players during sessions but is never recorded or stored by AJMurr Games.
Voice chat is used solely to support live player communication during gameplay.
We use Device Ban functionality provided by Meta to enforce moderation and community safety.
If a player violates our community guidelines or terms of service, their device may be restricted from accessing the game.
This feature helps prevent repeat policy violations and maintain a safe environment for all players.
Our multiplayer systems (via Photon/PlayFab) may collect non-personal technical data such as session IDs, ping times, and connection quality to maintain stable online gameplay.
Your data is used strictly to enable core game features, including:
Online multiplayer gameplay and synchronization
Displaying usernames and player identification
Voice chat communication
Moderation, anti-abuse, and device bans for safety
General improvement of player experience
We do not sell, rent, or share player information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Duck Rush is designed for players under and over 13 years old in accordance with Meta’s platform policies.
For players under 13, limited data access applies according to Meta’s parental supervision and privacy standards.
AJMurr Games does not directly collect personal information from minors beyond what is necessary for gameplay functionality provided through Meta’s systems.
We do not retain any personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary for multiplayer and moderation functions.
Voice data is not stored.
User and device data are stored only as long as needed for gameplay or moderation purposes.
Data may be shared with trusted service providers strictly for gameplay functionality, such as:
Photon/PlayFab for multiplayer session management.
Meta (Oculus) for authentication, device management, and platform moderation tools.
All shared data follows Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy and applicable privacy laws.
