About Me
I am the STEM Consultant for the Kent County Intermediate School District (Kent ISD) in Grand Rapids, MI. My job is to plan STEM professional learning experiences for educators. My expertise is in 3P Learning (problem, project, and place), blended learning, computer science, and design thinking. I collaborate with educators to plan, teach, and support learning experiences. Formerly, I was a sixth-grade teacher at Horace Mann Elementary School in Ogden, UT, a 2015 Title I Distinguished School. After teaching in Ogden, I spent many years as an Educational Technology Consultant. In 2016, I completed my Master of Arts in Educational Technology at Michigan State University.
