Duanyi Yang

Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Labor Relations, Law, and History at Cornell University ILR School. I currently has two primary research agendas that together cover employee and employer perspectives in detail. My first agenda focuses on worker voice, workplace disputes, and grievance systems. My second agenda investigates how organizational work-family policies affect workers’ well-being, career trajectories, and gender inequality.

I received my PhD from the Institute for Work and Employment Research at MIT Sloan in 2020. A copy of my CV can be found here.
