My work aims to rethink how organizational policies, worker voice institutions, and private and public regulations shape labor standards and worker well-being. My research covers topics on comparative employment relations, worker grievances and voice, labor standards in global value chains, and working time arrangements in organizations.
I received my bachelor's degree in Economics and master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
