Duanyi Yang

Welcome! I am an Assistant Professor of Global Labor and Work at Cornell University ILR School. My primary research interest is on worker voice and its implication for both workers and organizations. A secondary focal point of my research examines organizational work-family policies and their effects on workers’ well-being, career trajectories, and gender inequality.

I received my PhD from the Institute for Work and Employment Research at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2020.
