An actual progressive, straight edge superstar has been world champion multiple times the last 2 decades, and still going strong.
Punk has inspired fans and non fans to follow his lifestyle, and that's worth being at the top of my list.

He was my favorite NWA/WCW wrestler as a kid. From the surfer to the crow, he always captivated me and motivated me to be a better person just with his persona.
Nobody is greater than Sting.

Look, I'm not going to defend who he was the last decade or so of his life. We all loved Dr. Huxtable, but we detest Bill Cosby. It's the same for me with Hulk Hogan. I loved Hulk, but detest Terry. I'm going to remember who he was to me as an 8 year old kid with a yellow spark in my eye every time "Real American" began to play.
The adrenaline rush I would get, the pride I would feel, just to cheer on my idol was enough for me to be fulfilled.
Wrestling would not be what it is today without Hulk Hogan. He was the greatest star to ever walk the aisle.
