Terms of Use — Dual Camera Video Front & Back

Last updated: August 30, 2026

Dual Camera Video Front & Back ("the App") is developed by Somia Elkhoussi ("we",

"us"). These Terms of Use are the agreement between you and us for your use of the

App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to them. If you do not agree,

please do not use the App.

1. Your Licence to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on

Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of

Service. You may not sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the App, and you may

not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the

App, except where the law expressly allows it.

The App is licensed to you, not sold.

2. What Is Free and What Is Paid

Recording is free. You may film with both cameras, take photos, use every layout,

the teleprompter, the timer and the lights without paying, and what you record is

kept inside the App and stays available to you there.

Getting a recording out of the App is the paid part. Saving a take to your photo

library and sharing it with another app require an active Pro subscription or the

Lifetime purchase. This is the only feature behind the paywall.

Deleting the App deletes the recordings the App is holding for you. Save anything

you want to keep before you delete it.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time Lifetime

purchase. The exact plans, their length and their price in your local currency are

shown in the App before you buy, on the purchase screen.

For auto-renewing subscriptions:

- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least

24 hours before the end of the current period.

- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the

current period, at the price of the plan you chose.

- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple Account

  settings after purchase.

- Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not shorten the period you have

already paid for, and it is not a refund of that period.

- If a free trial or an introductory price is offered and you buy a subscription

before it ends, the unused part of it is forfeited.

The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks the same features for as

long as the App is available on your Apple Account. It does not renew.

4. Restoring a Purchase

If you reinstall the App or use it on another device signed in to the same Apple

Account, tap "Restore Purchases" on the purchase screen to recover what you have

already bought. You will not be charged again.

5. Refunds

Purchases are made through Apple, and Apple handles all billing and refunds. We

cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refund requests go to Apple at

reportaproblem.apple.com. Where the law of your country gives you a right of

withdrawal or a statutory refund, that right applies and nothing here limits it.

6. Your Recordings Are Yours

You own everything you record with the App. We claim no rights over your videos,

your photos, the sound recorded with them, or anything you type into the

teleprompter. All recording and compositing happens on your device, and none of it

is uploaded to us. How the App handles your information is described in our

Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for what you film. You must have the right to record the

people and places in your recordings, and you must comply with the laws of the

place you are in — including laws about filming other people, recording sound, and

publishing what you have recorded.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use the App to record or distribute material that is unlawful, that

infringes someone else's rights, or that is made without the consent required

where you are. Do not use the App to harass, threaten or invade the privacy of

another person.

We may stop providing the App to anyone who uses it for these purposes.

8. Permissions the App Needs

The App asks for access to your camera and microphone in order to record, and for

access to your photo library in order to save finished takes there and to show

them in the in-app gallery. Location is optional and off by default. You may grant

or withdraw any of these at any time in iOS Settings. Withdrawing camera or

microphone access stops the App from recording.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update the App, change how features work, or add and remove them. We may

also stop offering the App. We will not remove access to a Lifetime purchase you

have already made for as long as the App remains available on the App Store.

The App depends on your device and on services outside our control, including the

App Store. We do not promise it will be available without interruption.

10. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,

whether express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not

warrant that the App will be free of errors, that it will meet your requirements,

or that recordings will always be produced without fault.

Nothing here excludes any warranty or right that the law of your country gives you

and does not allow to be excluded.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or

consequential loss, for lost profit or lost opportunity, or for the loss or

corruption of recordings. Keep your own copies of anything important to you.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for

the App in the twelve months before the claim.

Some countries do not allow these limitations. If yours does not, they do not

apply to you.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and us, not between you and Apple. Apple is not

responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide support

for it. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them

against you.

If the App fails to conform to any warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may

notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no further

obligation of any kind in respect of the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of the country in which you reside, and you

may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Nothing here removes a

protection given to you by the mandatory law of your own country.

14. Changes to These Terms

If the App changes in a way that affects this agreement, we will update these Terms

and change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the App after a change

means you accept the updated Terms.
