Our Story
We founded dtxtutoring in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to provide accessible tutoring services to students in our area while making a difference in our community.
We've felt the academic challenges firsthand and understood the struggle that many of our peers were experiencing during the pandemic. In our community, we recognized that the homeless and volunteers at shelters were being put in an even more difficult situation than before.
Our group decided to take action by raising money through tutoring and donating 100% of proceeds to a local homeless outreach center, Giving Grace. We felt that this method of aid would make the greatest impact in our community, and we hope that our efforts will reduce the difficulties that those around us are facing.

Dtxtutoring recently made a donation of $2,360 to Giving Grace (pictured below), bringing our running donation total to over $3,500.
100% of this contribution was matched by an anonymous donor! We're thrilled to see the results of our efforts being maximized!
