Wireless Network - check that all devices are connected to the same network - via the Airport Extreme - wifi network - "DTAC Wifi Network 5Ghtz" ignore any other networks. Password: Wangaratta3677
Expeditions Not playing: check that has been downloaded onto the Tablet. If it has a tick in the corner is it downloaded and ready to go. No tick it has not been downloaded - tablet will need to be connected to the internet via another wifi network to download an Expeditions.
Explorers Not Connecting to Guide - Check that they are on the same wifi network. If they are: Double click the home button and "swipe" the expedition app closed. Open App again. OR try turning ipod to airplane mode, then back to wifi mode.
Expedition Shows Black Screen - ARRG!!! Swear under your breath - and chose another expedition. Not sure what to do? Will update when we find a solution!
