Responsible for the overall management and facilitation of project-related activities. Their functions include preparing and reviewing project proposals, conducting capability-building trainings, monitoring and evaluating project implementation, and ensuring accurate data encoding and reporting. They play a key role in guiding program participants and stakeholders toward the successful and sustainable execution of livelihood initiatives. 

Tasked with augmenting and supporting project operations, particularly in areas that extend beyond the regular scope of Resident PDOs. Their role focuses on addressing complex or specialized concerns that cannot be handled by other PDOs, ensuring that project implementation remains smooth, responsive, and effective. 

Tasked with the augmentation in the implementation and supporting project operations for PAMANA and Zero Hunger targets in Legazpi City, particularly in areas that go beyond the regular scope of Resident PDOs. This role focuses on addressing complex or specialized challenges that other PDOs may not handle, ensuring that these critical projects are implemented smoothly, effectively, and with maximum impact.
