Grow More is a training program developed by the National Wildlife Federation to help outreach professionals learn and implement outreach and messaging that more effectively engages non-adopting farmer audiences. The program aims to improve participant confidence and effectiveness in reaching farmers to increase adoption of conservation and soil health practices, achieving progress toward a shared goal of sustainable agriculture. The central goal of this effort is to more directly ground conservation outreach in the best understanding of decision making and behavior change science.
