DSMS Admin has entered Chill Mode 😎
What is Chill Mode?
The Chill Mode Fundraiser is DSMS PTA’s primary fundraiser for this school year and is replacing the APEX fundraiser run last year. This is a no-fuss fundraiser run entirely by your middle school PTA so 100% of money raised will go to supporting teacher mini-grants, student programs, staff appreciation, and school-wide initiatives for the 2026-2027 school year.
How do I donate?
Donations are made online through our secure donation platform, https://givebutter.com/19WUg1. Donations can be made via credit card, Apple pay, Venmo, PayPal or ACH.
When is the Chill Mode Fundraiser?
Chill Mode runs from March 2 to March 22, 2026.
What is the Chill Mode fundraising goal?
$30,000
Who can donate?
Anyone — families, friends, grandparents, and community supporters.
Do students have to sell anything?
No. Students (parents ☺️) do not need to sell ANYTHING. This is a donation only fundraiser.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. DSMS PTA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donors will receive an email donation receipt immediately after donating.
Do the students earn any prizes throughout this fundraiser?
Yes! There is opportunity for students to earn a class party if their advisory class raises the most money or has the highest donation participation. The winning advisory classes will get to vote on the type of party (pizza, donuts, cookies, cupcakes).
To help your student get credit for your donation, select your student’s advisory teacher and enter your student’s name. If you have more than one student at the school, separate donations will have to be made per student.
Each grade level (6th, 7th, and 8th) will have two winning advisory classes:
Highest Donation Amount
Highest Donation Participation
When will winning advisory classes be announced?
Winners and results will be announced at the March 27 pep rally and shared in PTA communications.
