At first, Hastu thought she couldn't become a developer because she is hearing-impaired. Then she met Tesya at a Developer Student Club and built something amazing for others with similar difficulties. Here is their story.

Developer Student Clubs (DSC) invites students to develop solutions for local community problems using one or more Google products or platforms.

Participants are invited to submit their solution and a 2 minute demonstration video on how it can be used.

Up to 10 Winning Teams will receive an invitation to a meet and greet with Googlers. Winning Teams will be interviewed, and their stories will be published on on Google Developers channels.

Mersal is a charitable, non-profit organization working in the health field. Mirsal seeks to provide all types of medical care with high quality to all who need it. It also seeks to spread culture and medical awareness in Egypt as an extension to the Arab world.

We participated in the competition and qualified to be among the 10 best projects in the Middle East and North Africa.
