DSA Shreveport was started so that our community had a place to push for radical change within our community. As an OC of the Democratic Socialists of America, we use our resources from the nationwide movement of socialist organizers to help better run campaigns within our community. Now that we are becoming a full chapter we're hoping to do bigger and better things within Shreveport! We hope that we can help create a stronger working-class movement within Shreveport and build class conciseness by doing more large-scale projects. It's a great time to get involved, whether you're interested in some of the work we're already doing, or if you have a project that you'd like to see us take on then come to a meeting or join one of our chats!
