Is Red Dawn a caucus?

Red Dawn is NOT a caucus. We are a group of delegates that come from various chapters, tendencies, and caucuses that are united in our agreement for an independent party.

Why didn't you endorse my favorite resolution?

Just because you don't see a specific resolution on our Endorsements doesn't mean we are against it. It might mean that we think it's tenets are covered by a resolution that we did endorse or that we felt it was not relevant to the main goals of this voting bloc. 

We only explicitly reject resolutions that continue our relationships with the Democratic Party.

Why aren't you endorsing political programs?

We are choosing not to endorse resolutions which propose that DSA adopt specific political goals or statements because we wish to avoid sectarianism in favor of programmatic unity. 

The party platform should be debated and adopted, but it is the job of the whole membership to debate this topic.
