Nguyen Tat Bao Thien, PhD

Dr. Thien B. Nguyen-Tat received his B.E. and M.S. degrees from the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Taiwan, in 2014. He is currently a faculty member at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. His research interests include medical image processing, biomedical signal processing, deep learning, machine learning, and embedded systems. 

Dr. Tran To Linh, MD, MSc, Cardiology – Metabolic Specialist

Dr. Tran To Linh earned her Medical Doctor degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City in 2015 and completed her Master’s degree in Internal Medicine in 2021. With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Linh has worked extensively in the fields of Cardiology and Endocrinology at leading hospitals including 115 People’s Hospital and Le Van Thinh Hospital. She is currently part of the Cardio-Metabolic Department at CarePlus International Clinic. In addition to her strong clinical expertise, Dr. Linh is certified and highly proficient in various diagnostic imaging techniques such as echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, and general ultrasound. Her comprehensive approach to care and dedication to continuous learning ensure patients receive thorough, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment. 

Dr. Nguyen Tat Bao Thinh, MD, Specialist Level I

District 11 Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City

Dr. Nguyen Tat Bao Thinh, MD, Specialist Level I, graduated with a General Medical Doctor degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City in 2011 and completed his Specialist Level I training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at the same institution in 2015. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of orthopedic trauma, with extensive involvement in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Currently, he serves as the Head of the Department of Orthopedic Trauma Surgery at District 11 Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. 

Mai Trung Thanh, Ph.D. Candidate, MSc 

University of Information Technology, VNU-HCM 

Mai Trung Thanh received his Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City (UIT), in 2017. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at UIT. His research interests include Knowledge Representation and Reasoning, with a particular focus on the design of Knowledge-Based Systems (KBS), Intelligent Problem Solvers (IPS), and Knowledge Querying Support Systems (KQSS). 

Vu Xuan Tuan Anh, MSc Candidate

Vu Xuan Tuan Anh received his first Bachelor's degree in 2013 from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and his second Bachelor's degree in 2022 from the University of Science, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. His research interests include medical image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and embedded systems. 

Ngo Huy Tai, MSc Candidate

Ngo Huy Tai received his Bachelor's degree in 2004 from Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Information Technology. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. His research focuses on medical image processing, machine learning, deep learning, and embedded systems. 

Le Pham Hoai Uyen, MSc Candidate

Uyen H. Le-Pham received her Bachelor's degree in 2022 and is pursuing a Master's degree, both from the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Her research interests include medical image processing, machine learning, and deep learning. 

Nguyen Duong Truc Phuong, MSc

Nguyen Duong Truc Phuong obtained her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science in 2022 and her Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Computer Science in 2025 from the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. Her research focuses on AI applications in medical image processing, particularly machine learning and deep learning 

Pham Thanh Binh, MSc Candidate

University of Information Technology, VNU-HCM

During his two years of service in the self-defense militia, Pham Thanh Binh currently pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He also earned his Engineer's degree in 2022 from the same university. His ongoing research investigates video and image anomaly detection,  machine learning, deep learning and IoT. 

Nguyen Minh Nhat, MSc Candidate

University of Information Technology, VNU-HCM

Nguyen Minh Nhat graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking and Data Communications in 2022 and earned a Master's degree in Information Technology (AI and Big Data) from the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City in 2025. His research focuses on the application of AI in medical image processing, particularly in lung disease detection using deep learning and machine learning techniques. 

Nguyen Khai Dang, MSc Candidate

Nguyen Khai Dang is currently an Engineer at Ho Chi Minh City UIT – VNUHCM. His work focuses on the research and development of technological and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in the fields of content delivery networks (CDN), real-time video transmission, and system design. His professional experience involves designing, deploying, and optimizing large-scale, highly available distributed systems that support OTT platforms and digital services. His current research interests include CDN systems, live streaming technologies, and AI applications in image processing. 

Tran Chi Thien, MSc Candidate

University of Information Technology, VNU-HCM

Tran Chi Thien received his Bachelor's degree in Information Technology in 2022. He is currently a Master's student in Information Technology at the University of Information Technology, Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. His research interests include the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in plant leaf disease recognition, with a focus on deep learning and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies.
