Our swimming "pods" are not broken down by age, but are based on swimmers' ability and commitment to the sport. The coaches will determine swimmers' placements in the pods and will move swimmers between groups as their development improves and space in the pods allow.
Beginner Pod
This program for swimmers who are new to the Dophins or if you just love being in the water and are interested in learning the basics.
(Two Hours/Week)
Junior 1 Pod
This program builds on the beginner program and starts to work on swimmers' endurance. Swimmers will work on improving the technical aspects on their stokes.
(Two Hours/Week)
Junior 2 Pod
This program continues to work on building swimmers' endurance and improving techincal aspects of their strokes with the goal of attending and participating in swim meets.
(3 Hours/Week)
Senior Pod
This program is for swimmers whose goals are to participate in swim meets, including attaining qualifying times for higher level competitions. This program includes dryland training to help improve swimmers' strength and flexibility.
(5 Hours/Week Plus One Hour Dryland)
