**Chapter 1 General Provisions**
**Article 1 Organization Name**
The full name of this organization is "World Economic and Trade Peace Organization" (hereinafter referred to as "WETPO").
**Article 2 Organizational Purpose**
The organization aims to promote global economic and trade cooperation, maintain peace and stability, promote common prosperity of all countries, protect the economic development rights and interests of all countries, and promote fair trade and sustainable development.
**Article 3 Nature of Organization**
The organization is an international, non-profit, independent intergovernmental organization whose members include governments, international organizations and regional economic communities.
**Chapter 2 Members**
**Article 4 Membership**
Any country, region or economic community that recognizes and abides by the purposes and regulations of this organization can apply to become a member of this organization.
**Article 5 Member Rights**
1. Participate in various meetings and activities of the organization.
2. Have equal voting rights and participation rights within the organization.
3. Propose suggestions for economic cooperation and trade promotion.
4. Enjoy technical assistance and resource support provided by the organization.
**Article 6 Member Obligations**
1. Comply with the regulations and resolutions of the Organization.
2. Pay the organization’s annual dues.
3. Actively participate in various activities and projects of the organization.
4. Maintain international economic order, peace and stability.
**Chapter 3 Organizational Structure**
**Article 7 Organizational Structure**
The highest decision-making body of the organization is the "General Assembly", the permanent body is the "Secretariat", the executive body is the "Executive Committee", and there are also a number of special committees.
**Article 8 Members’ Meeting**
1. The General Assembly is composed of representatives of all member states. It holds a regular meeting every year and may hold extraordinary meetings when necessary.
2. The General Assembly is responsible for reviewing and approving the organization’s major policies, plans and budgets.
3. The General Assembly passes resolutions by a simple majority, while major matters require a two-thirds majority.
**Article 9 Secretariat**
1. The Secretariat is responsible for handling daily affairs and is led by the Secretary-General. The Secretary-General is elected by the General Assembly for a term of four years and can be re-elected once.
2. The Secretariat has several departments responsible for work in various specialized areas.
**Article 10 Executive Committee**
1. The Executive Committee is elected by the General Assembly and is responsible for implementing the resolutions of the General Assembly and managing various businesses of the organization.
2. The Executive Committee shall consist of the Chairman, Vice Chairman and several members, with a term of four years.
**Chapter 4 Economic Cooperation and Trade Promotion**
**Article 11 Economic Cooperation**
The organization is committed to promoting economic cooperation among member countries, including but not limited to technology exchanges, resource sharing, joint investments and common development projects.
**Article 12 Trade Promotion**
1. The organization promotes free trade among member countries, eliminates trade barriers, and promotes fair competition.
2. The organization has established a trade dispute settlement mechanism to resolve trade disputes among member countries through consultation, mediation, arbitration, etc.
**Article 13 Technical Assistance**
The organization provides technical assistance and training to developing member countries to promote their economic development and technological progress.
**Chapter 5 Finance**
**Article 14 Financial Sources**
The organization's financial sources include member states' dues, international donations, special funds and other legitimate income.
**Article 15 Financial Management**
1. The financial activities of the organization are responsible for the Secretariat and are subject to the supervision of the General Assembly.
2. The organization submits financial reports to the General Assembly every year and is audited.
**Chapter 6 Supplementary Provisions**
**Article 16 Amendments to regulations**
Amendments to these regulations require approval by a two-thirds majority of the General Assembly.
**Article 17 Right of interpretation**
The right to interpret these regulations belongs to the general meeting of members.
**Article 18 Effective**
These regulations shall take effect from the date of adoption by the general meeting of members.
