Democratic Republic of Whithon Diplomatic Agreement

(This agreement is legally binding on both contracting parties.)

Article 1: Sovereignty Recognition and Peaceful Coexistence

1.1 The contracting parties mutually recognize each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity.

1.2 Both parties shall strictly adhere to international law and principles of peaceful coexistence.

1.3 All disputes shall be resolved through peaceful means.

Article 2: Embassy Establishment and Diplomatic Rights Protection

2.1 Both parties shall establish permanent embassies in each other’s territory.

2.2 These embassies shall enjoy full diplomatic rights and international immunities in accordance with international conventions and relevant laws.

Article 3: Stable Diplomatic Relations and Cooperative Development

3.1 The contracting parties shall establish and maintain stable, friendly, and trustworthy diplomatic relations.

3.2 Cooperation shall be promoted in various fields, including economy, culture, science, and education, for mutual development and benefit-sharing.

Article 4: Active Participation and Deepened Exchanges

4.1 Both parties shall encourage and actively participate in each other's official events and international exchanges.

4.2 Efforts shall be made to deepen mutual understanding, strengthen friendship, and expand cooperation.

Article 5: Embassy Location and Facility Arrangements

5.1 The embassy of the Democratic Republic of Whithon shall be located in Xuanwen City, Chi’in Building.

5.2 The allocation of floors within the embassy shall be determined based on the agreed diplomatic level and actual requirements.

Article 6: Security Assistance and Emergency Measures

6.1 In the event that one contracting party faces war or an armed conflict threat, the other party shall provide necessary security assistance based on the diplomatic level.

6.2 The specific emergency measures and support methods shall be determined through further negotiation between both parties.

Article 7: Economic and Other Forms of Assistance

7.1 If either contracting party encounters economic difficulties or other non-military emergencies, the other party shall provide appropriate assistance.

7.2 Both parties shall engage in assistance and cooperation based on the principle of mutual support.

Article 8: Diplomatic Level Adjustment Procedure

8.1 If either contracting party wishes to upgrade its diplomatic level, a formal request must be submitted in accordance with this agreement.

8.2 Upon reaching a consensus through negotiation, the relevant diplomatic status and cooperation conditions shall be adjusted accordingly.

Article 9: Information Exchange and Official Website

The official website of the Democratic Republic of Whithon (https://bit.ly/whithon) is for informational purposes only and does not create legal obligations or rights between the contracting parties.

Article 10: Breach of Agreement and Diplomatic Suspension

10.1 If either contracting party fails to fulfill its obligations under this agreement, the other party may request rectification within a reasonable timeframe.

10.2 If negotiations fail, the non-breaching party reserves the right to suspend or terminate diplomatic relations under this agreement and international law and retains the right to seek legal remedies.

Article 11: Annexes and Interpretation of the Agreement

11.1 Any annexes and appendices confirmed by both parties shall be considered an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect.

11.2 The interpretation and application of this agreement shall be based on principles of good faith and executed in accordance with international law and bilateral consensus.
