Successfully developed - compatible, cost-effective, and easily scalable with a high-purity achievable approach VPSZ coagglomeration method for cocrystallization of energetic materials.
Coagglomeration method also showed the higher importance of coformers molecular ratio, preparation, selections, etc. Also, studied their influence on the thermochemical and detonation properties of obtained cocrystals.
Scale-up trials have been made; 1 - 2 Kg batches results found with tremendously improvised properties as compared to earlier traditional cocrystallization methods with uniform size crystallization.
Some of obtained Cocrystals employed in propellants found improvements in mechanical and performance properties.

Synthesized polyaniline (PANi) and its modified forms used as potential fluorescence turn-off sensor to the detection of energetic materials and their composites & cocrystals.
Results comparative study carried out with our earlier reported works of other doped PANis.
Work also collaborated with electrochemical cyclic Voltammetric study to understand the electron environments of PANis.
This work makes a significant contribution towards spectrochemical sensor futuristic electronic nose for EMs.

Worked on joint topics; Sensing of energetic materials via fluorescence quenching, Cocrystallization of energetic materials and nanomaterials for interdisciplinary applications.
Preparation and characterization of metal nanoparticles, and their surface functionalization.
Catalytic activity these nanoparticles studied employing them in as burn rate modifier in rocket propellant.
Simultaneously, also studied improvisation of crystal morphology of energetic materials by cocrystallization.
Different methods for cocrystallization were tried which further helped solve industrial problem of crystal defects which was strongly influencing in enhancement of impact sensitivity these materials.
Involved in teaching and mentoring activities of Master students, prepared various transition metal oxide nanoparticles and their interdsciplanary applications investigated.

Extracted molecule confirmed purity further by analytical HPLC, and molecular structure by spectroscopic (Mass, NMR & FTIR) characterizations.
