She takes the time to explain things to the parents and outlines clear plans until the next visit if needed. She is very patient and understanding when answering a new parent's worries. She is also clearly invested in our twins' well-being and progress instead of treating them as 'just another patient to get through'. That alone makes her highly recommended. Combine that with her reasonable prices and the fact that I haven't had trouble finding parking and maneuvering a double stroller to her office - you can be sure that my kids will be seeing Dr Vivian as their pediatrician of choice for years to come.

They were thorough in their diagnosis and did their best to find out the root of the problem without resorting to prescribing antibiotics unnecessarily. Dr Vivian is a wonderful & dedicated paediatrician who helped us with our toddler & newborn over the course of the last year. We are so glad we found her and we trust her implicitly and would recommend her to anyone. She really cares for our children and while we appreciate her attentiveness, calm and decisive demeanour and great bedside manner with the little ones during appointments, we are immensely grateful to how she's always so quick to respond to our messages beyond the appointments and help to continually assess and monitor our childrens' condition remotely. She will explain in details to help parents in getting through the vaccination and development of the child and this is particularities useful for new parent like me. Highly recommended with a desirable inclinic space which provide a sense of comfort to both parent and baby.

She treat kids really well and also do the check up based on their pace. Really appreciate Dr. Vivian, she is fantastic with her medications - as I had initially went to 7 doctors earlier for my kids skin infection and was only well treated by Dr. Vivian in first consultation itself.
