Gayathri joined IIT Delhi in December 2018. She earned her B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerala and her M.Tech in Geotechnical Engineering from NIT Warangal. Her research focused on the interface behavior between man-made materials and soil. She completed her Ph.D. in 2023 and is currently working as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Equinor, Norway.

Lalit earned his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and joined IIT Delhi in August 2017 to pursue his M.Tech in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering. After completing his M.Tech in 2019, he continued at IIT Delhi as a Ph.D. scholar, where his research focused on the mechanics of granular materials. He completed his Ph.D. in 2024 and is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Port and Airport Research Institute, Japan, with research interests in micromechanics, X-ray CT image analysis, particle simulation, and sustainable geotechnics.

Rituraj earned his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Amity University and his M. Tech in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from IIT Guwahati. He joined IIT Delhi in July 2019 for his Ph.D., where his research focused on bio-mediated geotechnics. He completed his doctoral studies in 2025 and is currently working as a Senior Geotechnical Engineer at Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Limited, Noida.

Satyam earned his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from NIT Agartala and joined IIT Delhi in August 2018 to pursue his M.Tech in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering. After completing his M.Tech in 2020, he continued at IIT Delhi as a Ph.D. scholar. His current research focuses on developing an acoustic-based early-warning system to predict geotechnical instability.

Harsha graduated from IIT Guwahati with a B.tech degree in 2017. Further, he did his masters in Geotechnical engineering from Zhejiang University, China. He joined IIT Delhi as a PhD student in 2021 and is currently working on bio-inspired self-propelling penetrometers.

Aayush completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from SRM University, Chennai, and his M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from IIT Delhi. He pursued his doctoral studies under the UQIDAR (University of Queensland–IIT Delhi Academy of Research) Joint Ph.D. programme at IIT Delhi, where his research focused on the thermo-mechanics of asphalt mixes incorporating crushed waste glass aggregates. He completed his Ph.D. in 2026 and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at Presidency University, Bengaluru.

Akshansh has a B.Tech in civil engineering from UIT RGPV, Bhopal, and M.Tech in Green Technology from NIT Bhopal. After completing his M.Tech, he worked as a research fellow in IIT Delhi and later joined as a PhD student in January 2022. He is presently working on 3D Printing of concrete and its applications in geotechnical engineering
