These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Drunkmaster mobile application (the “App”) provided by D-h-Apps (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. Both documents apply together:
Drunkmaster is an offline-capable party drinking-game helper. It provides curated question packs (including Never Have I Ever, Who Would Rather, Truth or Dare, Estimation Questions, and combined Party Mode sessions) for use among people in the same room.
• The App does not sell or deliver alcohol.
• The App does not provide medical advice.
• Question text is created and maintained by us. Users cannot post or publish questions inside the App.
• There are no user accounts, social feeds, or chat between users.
Alcohol can be harmful to health. The App may display sip counts or drinking-related penalties as part of game rules. This is a game mechanic only.
• Drink responsibly, know your limits, and follow applicable laws on alcohol consumption and minimum age.
• Do not use the App to pressure anyone to drink, to drink and drive, or to consume alcohol if you are under the legal drinking age, pregnant, or otherwise should not drink.
• On each app start we show a health notice; by continuing you acknowledge this message.
• We are not responsible for how much alcohol you or other players choose to consume.
The App includes an optional 18+ mode that shows mature question packs. These may include sexual themes, strong language, or provocative dares intended for adult groups.
• You must be of legal age to view mature content in your jurisdiction (typically 18 or older).
• Enabling 18+ mode is your choice. Keep 18+ mode off if you prefer non-mature packs.
• All participants should consent to the tone and content of the game. Stop or skip any prompt that makes anyone uncomfortable.
• Dares are suggestions for your private group only. Do not use dares to harass, assault, record someone without consent, or break the law.
You agree not to:
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Harass, bully, or endanger others while following prompts or dares.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our backend (including circumventing Firebase App Check or license-key limits).
• Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish substantial portions of our question catalog without permission.
• Misuse promotional license keys (for example sharing single-use keys broadly or using keys obtained fraudulently).
Player names you enter are stored locally on your device for display during the game. Do not enter sensitive personal data you do not want others in the room to see.
Optional content unlocks and ad removal are sold as non-consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your store account. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Use Restore Purchases (Upgrades tab) on a new device or after reinstall, signed in with the same store account.
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not a Drunkmaster login.
We may issue promotional license keys for press, partners, or campaigns. Keys are validated server-side and may be single-use. License keys are not a substitute for store purchases unless we explicitly provide them for that purpose. Keys must not be sold or traded.
Without a purchase, you may access a limited set of free questions per pack. The free tier may show banner advertisements. Removing ads requires the appropriate in-app purchase or an eligible combo / license entitlement.
We strive to keep question packs fun and up to date. We may add, remove, or modify content, features, or pricing at any time. Game content is downloaded from our servers; an internet connection is recommended for the first sync. Cached content may be available offline after sync.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance mode or network issues may temporarily limit syncing.
The App, its design, branding, and curated question content are owned by D-h-Apps or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
The App uses third-party services including Google (Firebase, AdMob), Apple App Store / Google Play, and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may be subject to their terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details:
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D-h-Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or participation in games suggested by the App — including alcohol consumption, injuries, or disputes between players.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or EUR 10 if you paid nothing.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature if required for legal, technical, or business reasons.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
