I am an assistant professor at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in the Department of Business and Management Science and part of the Norwegian Centre for Taxation (NoCeT). I am also a junior research associate at ZEW – Leibniz Centre for European Economic Research.
In 2022, I obtained my Ph.D. in taxation, awarded with the highest honors (summa cum laude), from the University of Mannheim. From 2018 to 2023, I worked at ZEW Mannheim in the unit "Corporate Taxation and Public Finance". From 2023 to 2025, I was a PostDoc at DIW Berlin in the Public Economics Department.
In my research, I apply empirical archival methods to investigate the impact of tax law, in particular tax loss restrictions, on innovation and the economy. Recently, I started getting familiar with inheritance taxation, wealth and redistribution.
